Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use define the terms and conditions for using the services offered by Brunaxe SAS through its website and application, as well as the rights and obligations of all parties. Any use of the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

  • Online personal loan simulation, with no commitment.
  • Submission and tracking of a fully digital financing application.
  • Secure personal space for managing documents and repayments.
  • Communication with the Brunaxe team via integrated messaging.
  • Access to transaction history and account statements.
  • Real-time notifications on the progress of your application.

3. Access Requirements

Access to Brunaxe services is reserved for adult individuals residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), with a regular income and a bank account held in a European Union member state. Account creation requires providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Brunaxe reserves the right to suspend any account whose information proves inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. User Obligations

  • Provide truthful and verifiable information when registering and submitting an application.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and do not share them.
  • Immediately notify Brunaxe of any unauthorized use of their account.
  • Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
  • Respect Brunaxe's intellectual property rights.
  • Not use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5. Financial Terms

Loans offered by Brunaxe are subject to an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) communicated at the time of the credit offer. Financeable amounts range from €15,000 to €150,000, for terms of 12 to 240 months. A security deposit of 10% of the borrowed amount is required before funds are released. This deposit is fully returned upon contract closure.

6. Liability

Brunaxe undertakes to implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of its services. However, Brunaxe cannot be held liable for interruptions due to force majeure events, maintenance operations or technical failures beyond its control. The user remains solely responsible for their use of the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Brunaxe platform (texts, graphics, software, databases, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Brunaxe SAS and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Modification of Terms

Brunaxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes by email or via a notification in their personal space. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by European Union law and, for non-harmonized provisions, by the law of the user's member state of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution within 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts of the relevant member state will have jurisdiction, in accordance with European judicial competence rules.
